Shipping and Payment Information

Delivery Time
Depending on the model and any personalization, the model will be shipped within 1 and 28 days. Printed matter will be shipped within 2 days after ordering.
Exceptions are possible and we always try to communicate these on time.

Shipment
Models are always shipped insured with track & trace and delivery to the door (insured shipping is not possible to the United Kingdom).
Your Berg in Box® is packaged in a sturdy box and comes with an accessory printing package.

Shipping outside the EU
Products shipped outside the European Union are sold without VAT.
Depending on the destination country of your order, taxes or duties may be charged by the local authorities.

Not completely satisfied?
Although we do everything we can to offer a high-quality model, something can always go wrong. If for any reason you are not satisfied or if your model or packaging is damaged during transport, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your model via kris(at)berginbox.be.

Return or exchange
You can return your purchase (without reason) up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your order. You must always inform Berg in Box® of this by e-mail. After receipt of a return confirmation, the articles must be returned in undamaged condition, securely packaged and with sufficient postage. In the event of an exchange, Berg in Box® will once-only pay the shipping costs for resending a similar item. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. In the case of return, Berg in Box® reimburses the purchase price of the items and the shipping costs.
